Forest, Derby, Peterborough keen on Daggers hit-man

Sky Sports understands several sides are chasing highly-rated Dagenham & Redbridge forward Brian Woodall. The 24-year-old has been one of Dagenham's shining lights this season, netting ten goals for the League Two strugglers. Woodall joined Dagenham last summer from non-league Gresley Rovers and his progress at Victoria Road has not gone unnoticed among clubs higher up the football pyramid. Nottingham Forest are understood to have lodged a bid for Woodall as they look to steal a march on their rivals for the hit-man. However, they could face competition from Championship rivals Derby and Peterborough who have both kept tabs on Woodall this season. Dagenham are reluctant to lose their top scorer, but they would find it hard to resist a sizeable offer for Woodall in the summer if his suitors firm up their interest.
