"That's what I like and I am enjoying my football and I have to thank him for introducing me so quickly in the team and thank all the staff. "He tries to give us confidence and keeps us focused as it is a big thing to stay in the Championship. "He has also given us a way to play football and I think it is down to the gaffer and staff that we are where we are at the minute close to safety. "We were under a lot of pressure, but the management have given us the confidence to stay up."
