Charlton full-back Chris Solly wants to round off a memorable campaign by hitting the 100-point mark.
The League One title winners will notch up their century with victory over Hartlepool at The Valley in their final match of the campaign. "The boys want to round the season off well and win at home to get another three points and pass the 100-point mark," Solly told Valley Review. "That would be an unbelievable achievement and would end the season on even more of a high for the fans."
