FC Utrecht winger Edouard Duplan is being lined up for a move to the Premier League, Sky Sports understands.
The Frenchman has emerged as one of the top wingers in Holland in recent seasons.
Now he has been targeted by a number of Premier League clubs and Sky Sports understands that Swansea City are leading the chase for his signature.
He has one year left on his current deal and now looks set to get his chance of a move to England.
The 29-year-old wide-man has been playing in Holland since 2006, in which time he has also had spells with RBC Roosendaal and Sparta Rotterdam.
