George Boyd insists he will not push for a move away from Peterborough United after reiterating that he will not be signing a new contract.
The winger was placed on the transfer list by Peterborough before the end of last season after rejecting the offer of a fresh deal.
Boyd is in the final year of his contract at London Road, but has yet to be the subject of any offers after being linked with Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town.
He admits he is unsure if he will still be at Peterborough by the time the new Championship season starts next month and is currently focused on building up his fitness.
"Nothing has changed since the end of last season," Boyd told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph. "I'm still pretty certain that I won't ever sign a new deal here but I'm not going to push for a move either.
"I'm not aware of there being any offers for me but there's not a lot happening anywhere as yet.
"It is usually later in July and August that most transfers are done but I'm not thinking about what may or may not happen.
"It's a bit of a weird situation because I don't know where I'm going to be at the start of the season but everyone knows my attitude will be good.
"I'm just focusing on building up my fitness and, if I'm still here, being in the Posh team."
