Leicester maintained their recent fine run of form with a 2-0 win over Bristol City at the King Power Stadium. David Nugent set Nigel Pearson's side on their way with the opener after 19 minutes and an unfortunate own goal from Richard Foster 16 minutes from time doubled the home side's lead. Charlton stunned Blackpool with a 2-0 win at Bloomfield Road. Second half goals from Leon Cort (49) and Chris Solly were enough to give Chris Powell's side an impressive three points. Brighton missed the chance to close the gap on the top two after being held to a goalless draw at Derby County. Bakary Sako's late goal earned Wolves a 1-0 win over Blackburn at Ewood Park. The win moves Wolves into third spot at the table, while Blackburn drop out of the top six. Daris Henderson's last-gasp goal earned Millwall a 2-1 win over Bolton to lift the Lions out of the bottom three. Henderson gave Millwall the lead at the break with the opener on 17 minutes, but Chris Eagles drew Bolton level five minutes after the break. Eagles then blew the chance to give Bolton the lead from the penalty spot on the hour mark when he blazed over the crossbar. Bolton and Eagles were made to pay for that miss when Henderson popped up with a winner in the final minute. Huddersfield came back to haunt old boss Lee Clark with a 1-0 win over Birmingham at St Andrews. Jermaine Beckford's first goal for Huddersfield was enough for Simon Grayson's men with Birmingham's misery completed by the sending off of Nikola Zigic 16 minutes from time. Sheffield Wednesday slipped into the drop zone after going down 1-0 to Hull at Hillsborough. Aaron Mclean came off the bench to score the winner for Hull 13 minutes from time. Leeds got the better of Barnsley in their Yorkshire derby at Elland Road thanks to Luciano Becchio's penalty three minutes before the break. Middlesbrough made it three away wins on the trot with a 2-1 victory over ten man Watford at Vicarage Road. Watford got off to the perfect start when Troy Deeney scored in the very first minute after a mistake by Andre Bikey. Marvin Emnes drew Boro level on the half hour mark and things got worse for Watford when Matej Vydra was sent off for violent conduct. Scott McDonald came off the bench to grab the winner for Boro on 77 minutes after being recalled to the side. Crystal Palace continued their rise up the table after a seven goal thriller against Burnley at Selhurst Park. Burnley raced into a 2-0 lead thanks to two goals in three minutes from Chris McCann (26) and Martin Paterson (29). However, the in-form Wilfried Zaha drew Palace level with goals in each half (41, 53) to make it four goals in two games. Damien Delaney gave Palace the lead on 66 minutes and Glenn Murray netted home side's fourth 15 minutes from time. Charlie Austin set up a tense finale with his 15th goal of the season nine minutes from time, but Palace held on for all three points. Peterborough remain rooted to the bottom of the table after going down 1-0 at home to Nottingham Forest. Andy Reid netted the only goal of the game six minutes into the second half. In Saturday's late game, a Heidar Helguson brace handed Cardiff a 2-1 victory at Ipswich.
