Kenny Miller has called on his Scotland team-mates to shape up after admitting they have let down their manager, Craig Levein.

Miller lost his starting place in Cardiff to Steven Fletcher but admits seeing the prospect of playing for his country at a major tournament slip away hurts more. "This is my last chance probably and it's disappearing fast," the 32-year-old added. "There's a generation of players now who are looking at the prospect of never playing for Scotland at a major finals."
