The highly-rated Cameroonian helped La Paillade to their first Ligue 1 title last season, and featured in the side that crashed out of the Champions League group stage to Schalke and Arsenal.
Bedimo has subsequently admitted that he is openly looking to compete in Europe's premier competition again and, with Montpellier struggling to reach the heights of last year in Ligue 1, that would entail a move.
Regarding a summer move, Bedimo told L'Equipe: "Let's say if the three parties could find an agreement, I could leave.
"When you taste the Champions League you just want to play it again, but I want to end the season in the top five with Montpellier."
Bedimo also said that a move was on offer in the January window. The 28-year-old was linked with West Ham, Liverpool and Newcastle earlier this season but stayed with Montpellier, who currently sit in seventh place in Ligue 1.
"A club made a proposition but with my agent and Montpellier president Laurent Nicollin, we found an agreement. Montpellier had already sold Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and I still have three years remaining on my contract."
President Nicollin revealed earlier this month that Bedimo and team-mate Younes Belhanda would be allowed to leave the club in the summer, with coach Rene Girard also set to depart.
