Oldham winger Lee Croft admits he is open to the prospect of an extended stay at the League One outfit.

The former Manchester City and Norwich man is out of contract this summer and set for talks with boss Lee Johnson over the coming days. "My contract runs out at the end of the season," he said. "The gaffer's said he'll speak to me now the season's finished. "It's just a matter of waiting and seeing what happens really. "I'm really enjoying my time at Oldham and we'll see what happens. I've definitely enjoyed it. "You want to play as high as you can. My career has more or less been in the Premier League in my younger days and then in the Championship. "If I stay in League One then I'd like it to be with Oldham." Meanwhile, Oldham have announced a new shirt sponsorship deal with outdoor specialists Blacks for the 2013/14 season.
