The 25-year-old was unable to make much of an impact as a weakened England side were beaten 2-0 at Wembley.
But the Southampton skipper admits he will pull out all the stops to travel with Roy Hodgson's squad to next summer's World Cup.
"I am massively determined," Lallana said. "It is obviously the pinnacle of everyone really that's involved in the game.
"It is every child's dream to represent their country and I am happy I fulfilled that. I am just hungry for more now.
"I was proud to get my first cap, but obviously disappointed with the result.
"I had a couple of chances first half. I felt I snatched especially at the second one. It was just a little bit under my feet. I think it might have taken a deflection - it was possibly creeping in the bottom corner.
"I gave it everything and got through 75 minutes and was obviously delighted to represent my country. I hope it is not the last time."
