The defender, who had featured 12 times in the Bundesliga this season, moved to Craven Cottage in January where he made his debut in Fulham's 3-0 defeat to Southampton.
The Denmark international started the 2-2 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford, as well as Rene Meulensteen's final game in charge, the 3-2 defeat to Liverpool.
Kvist is yet to appear under new manager Felix Magath, but he says that in his three Premier League appearances to date, he has already noticed differences with German football.
"On my debut, I ran onto a pitch in an old, windy stadium where the spectators are singing, in a different style than I am used to," he told Ekstra Bladet.
"You can also notice that it is the best league in the world considering the traditions and the interest from the media.
"I like to play among the best and I have got to do that when we met clubs like Manchester United and Liverpool.
"I could notice a change in pace when I moved from FC Copenhagen to Stuttgart in the past and I have noticed the same this time.
"I do not believe that we are running more than in the Bundesliga, but it's a quicker pace.
"The ball is played around quickly. There are fewer touches, more pressure and the ball shall be moved upfield quickly.
"The game is more explosive and that is something I like."
