Garry Monk does not face an imminent sacking as Swansea City manager,
It has been reported that a board meeting was due to take place on Monday to discuss Monk's future, but Sky Sports News HQ understands that no such meeting is scheduled.
It is understood, however, that the board of the Welsh club remain concerned by results this season as the Swans have now won just one of their last nine matches following the 2-2 draw at home to Bournemouth on Saturday.
Sky sources reported earlier this month that Monk would be given more time to turn around his side's poor form, which has left them 14th in the Premier League table with 14 points from 13 games.
But they face a tough run up to the Christmas period that includes games against Liverpool, Leicester, Manchester City and West Ham.
Swansea forward Andre Ayew scored on Saturday and pledged his support for Monk after the game.
Ayew said: "He shows us a lot of support and confidence. We were trying to give it back to him on the pitch. He's a great manager, we know what he did last season.
"Everything's going to get back into shape and we just need some time. You need that in football when things are difficult.
"We believe we have great players, a great squad, a great manager and everything will be OK. We just need to keep working hard and don't give up."
