Leicester have been installed as Premier League favourites for the first time following their fine 3-1 victory at Manchester City, having been priced at 5,000/1 at the start of the season.
Sky Bet responded to their win at the Etihad Stadium, where Robert Huth found the net either side of Riyad Mahrez's strike, by cutting them from 5/1 to 13/8 to lift the trophy.
That shift sees them replace Manchester City at the head of the market, with Manuel Pellegrini's men drifting out to 3/1.
A third successive victory saw Claudio Ranieri's men move six points clear at the top of the Premier League, although that lead was trimmed to five after Tottenham beat Watford 1-0.
The Foxes are set to cost the betting industry around £50m if they go on to lift the trophy, having been backed four-figure odds into November.
Sky Bet actually cut Leicester's relegation price from 9/2 to 11/4 after they replaced manager Nigel Pearson with Ranieri in the summer, longer odds than rock-bottom Aston Villa.
Sky Bet's Sandro Di Michele said: "If Claudio Ranieri's team did the unthinkable, it would be a terrible result for us, as we currently stand to lose over £5m if Leicester win the league.
"However it would be the greatest-ever achievement in the history of the Premier League and who wouldn't want to see that?"
Tottenham leapfrogged Manchester City to move second, thanks to a 1-0 victory over Watford and have consequently been cut from 6/1 to 4/1, while Arsenal are second favourites at 11/4.
Mauricio Pochettino's men were also all but written off for the title at the start of the season at 50/1 and are now just 1/6 for a top-four finish.
