Hull City have made a double signing with Oumar Niasse and Evandro Goebel arriving in the transfer window.

Sky Sports News HQ reported on January 9 that Niasse was set for an initial loan move from Everton and on Friday it was confirmed that the Senegal international had signed on a six-month loan until the end of the season.

The 30-year-old Evandro has agreed to join permanently on a two-and-a half-year deal for an undisclosed fee. His move from Porto is subject to international clearance.

An exciting attacking midfielder, Evandro began his career with Brazilian side Atletico Paranaense in 2005 and has gone on to play for eight clubs including Palmeiras, Atletico Mineiro, Vitoria, Red Star and Estoril.

It also means a reunion for Evandro and Hull boss Marco Silva who he played under during his time at Portuguese side Estoril.

Silva is still not sure if the players will be available against Bournemouth on Saturday.

"Niasse is a striker, a strong, fast player. He's not a normal number nine, always playing in a fixed position."

Everton boss Ronald Koeman made it clear shortly after arriving at Goodison Park that Niasse was not part of his plans, with the 26-year-old claiming in October he did not even have a locker at the club's training ground.

The striker has three goals in eight caps for his country and will add strength to the Tigers’ front line for the remainder of the campaign.
