Premier League tracking data shows that Manchester United have covered less ground than any other side this season.
Jose Mourinho's men, who were beaten 1-0 by Chelsea on Super Sunday, have covered 1162km so far, putting them just below relegation-threatened West Ham at the bottom of the rankings.
Chelsea, meanwhile, sit seventh in the rankings having covered 1234km, just behind London rivals Arsenal, whose total stands at 1237km.
At the top of the scale, Bournemouth have covered the most ground in the Premier League at 1256km, with West Brom, Tottenham, Watford and Burnley making up the rest of the top five.
Perhaps surprisingly given their reputation for high-pressing and hard-running, Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool rank 11th with 1217km covered, in between newly-promoted sides Huddersfield and Newcastle.

Manchester United rank low down on the list for sprints, too, with their total of 5210 putting them 15th in the Premier League rankings.
West Ham are bottom of that category, with Manchester City leading the way. Pep Guardiola's side, whose intensity was too much for Arsenal on Sunday, have racked up 6198 sprints - over 200 more than second-placed Watford and nearly 1000 more than title rivals United.

The individual player to have covered the most ground in the Premier League is Burnley's Jack Cork. The industrious midfielder hasn't missed a minute of the Clarets' campaign since his arrival from Swansea in the summer, covering a total of 133km in 11 games.
Watford's Abdoulaye Doucoure is next in the rankings having covered 130km, with Brighton duo Pascal Gross and Dale Stephens and Manchester United's Nemanja Matic completing the top five.

As for sprints, the Premier League player with the most is Swansea's Jordan Ayew. The forward has endured a difficult campaign in front of goal, scoring just once in 11 appearances, but it is not for a lack of effort. According to the tracking data, he has sprinted 796 times.
Tottenham's Dele Alli is next-highest on 742 sprints, which is all the more impressive considering he missed Tottenham's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at the weekend, and he is followed in the rankings by West Brom's Jay Rodriguez, Arsenal's Hector Bellerin and Watford's Tom Cleverley.

Along with Doucoure and Gross, Rodriguez is one of only three players to feature in the top 10 for both sprints and distance covered.
