Everton's David Moyes and Phil Jagielka have been named the Premier League manager and player of the month respectively.
The pair are rewarded for helping the Toffees take two wins and a draw from their three top-flight fixtures in February.
Moyes' side did not concede a single goal as they overcame Bolton and West Brom and were held at Newcastle.
That run of results has allowed the Merseysiders to close the gap on the top four, with UEFA Champions League qualification still not out of the reckoning.
Jagielka has been a major factor behind Everton's recent stability, with the England man proving to be a colossus at the heart of the defence.
He made his international debut in February, during a friendly date with Spain, and continues to be an integral part of Moyes' plans, with his versatility once again put to good use over the past few weeks.
Both men are delighted to have seen their achievements recognised, but Moyes insists he now wants a major trophy to go alongside his burgeoning haul of personal accolades.
"Of course I am pleased with the recognition," said the Scot.
"But it is not for me; it is the players who have done their jobs. It is for the whole club.
"What I want is a trophy for the whole club to enjoy now, not just for me. It is hard to drag this award away from Sir Alex Ferguson these days, so that is something to be proud of."
He added: "I can only thank the players.
"We have had a fantastic February, and January and December too. They have done everything they have been asked, just got on with their jobs, and they have been on a great run.
"This is a tribute to the players, and the fans too - because they understand and have really got behind the team.
"Now I want to win something that the football club can have. That is the aim now."
