Hull boss Phil Brown insists he was not upset to miss out on Celtic new boy Marc-Antoine Fortune.

Phil Brown insists he was not upset to miss out on Marc-Antoine Fortune after confirming Hull City had 'pushed the boat out' in an attempt to sign Sunderland-bound Fraizer Campbell.
Fortune had been a target for the Tigers after the striker impressed on loan at West Brom in the second half of last season.
However, he shunned Hull's approach and opted for a reunion with former West Brom boss Tony Mowbray at Celtic.
Brown acknowledged the problems he has encountered trying to sign his targets, but was not downbeat after failing to secure Fortune.

"We're disappointed, but as resilient people, we dust ourselves down and get on with the next one and hopefully that will whet the whistle" Brown told the
Hull Daily Mail.
"I read that I was upset that we'd lost the Fortune deal.
"I wasn't upset by that, if the lad wants to choose Scotland instead of England, then that's testimony to Tony Mowbray.
"It's difficult getting the right players I must admit. Is it more difficult than last season? I would say it is. But we're not panicking, fans need to know there's still a lot of work going on in the background."
Hull had also made a bid for former loan star Campbell, but the Manchester United striker has agreed to join Premier League rivals Sunderland.
Brown added: "There's nothing we would change.
"We'd pushed the boat out and offered one of the most lucrative contracts at the football club and offered Manchester United sufficient funds.
"The disappointment is probably from a personal point of view more than anything else, it's not from a business perspective."
