Monaco youngster keen to be playing regularly

Monaco striker Frederic Nimani says it would be a 'fantastic opportunity' to move to the Premier League after being linked with Burnley. Nimani has been frustrated by his lack of starting appearances for Monaco this season and has been tipped for a January switch to England. Birmingham City had previously been linked with a bid for the youngster, while Burnley were mooted as admirers before Owen Coyle's departure to Bolton Wanderers. It is unclear whether new Clarets boss Brian Laws would be keen on Nimani, but the powerful forward is hoping for a chance to move to England. "I am not happy to be on the bench," said Nimani, "but I am 21 years old and I have time on my side. "I have only started two games this season and played in eight games. "I have heard about Burnley and that would be a fantastic opportunity for a young player like me. "I am waiting to see what will happen in the transfer window."
