The Portuguese's stance contrasts with that of predecessor Harry Redknapp, who confirmed he was cancelling QPR's festivities as they continue to struggle to claw their way off the foot of the Premier League.
"We will try to have two or three (parties)," Villas-Boas said. "It's normal. It's part of our group spirit.
"I don't think it will affect performances. We will try to gather the group, to have dinner together and go on from there."
Villas-Boas has been encouraged by Spurs' upturn in form, which saw them earn a third straight Premier League win by cruising past Fulham 3-0 last weekend.
Summer signing Hugo Lloris has seized his chance in goal but Villas-Boas rebuffed a bid from Blackburn to re-sign veteran goalkeeper Brad Friedel as a player-coach.
"Brad has been excellent, I spoke to him and he has been such an important player for us," Villas-Boas added. "Rotation has not been because of performances.
"Both goalkeepers' performances have been excellent. It gives me the ability at any time to throw a different keeper into the game.
"I don't know anything about (Blackburn's bid). We are trying to hold onto our best assets and Brad is certainly one of them."
