Rangers brought in Jermaine Jenas and Andros Townsend from Tottenham and Christopher Samba from Anzhi Makhachkala in what was a frantic finish to the club's January dealings.
Samba has a finger injury but Jenas has been confirmed as being available for a game in which a QPR victory will see them close the gap on the teams above them to just a single point.
"It's a big game for us tomorrow," said Redknapp. "We've been in good form and got a great point against Man City.
"We'll have a look at the new signings. Hopefully one or two can play tomorrow.
"Jenas is in the squad, we'll have a look at him this morning. We've got one or two little knocks. We're hoping Jamie Mackie is okay but Junior Hoilett is not quite fit."
Redknapp believes results like Tuesday night's goalless draw with Manchester City prove the team is moving in the right direction and that it is now time for the players to prove their worth.
"We've given ourselves a chance, we're only four points adrift," he said. "It's going to be hard but I still believe we can stay up
"It's up to the players to prove their worth. If we weren't in the position we're in we wouldn't need to bring anyone in."
