Sky Sports News Radio presenter Ben Ransom hosts this week's Football Podcast and is joined in the studio by TEAMtalk.com's Tom McDermott and Sky Sports journalist Adam Bate as they look back on the big talking points from this weekend's games in the Premier League.
Joe Hart was criticised for his part in Chelsea's winner on Sunday. Is it now time for the England number one to be left out for club and country? Bate looks into Hart's stats over the course of the last 18 months while McDermott compares his form to that of David De Gea in the Manchester United goal.
SUAREZ THE BEST!
Bate argues that Suarez and Sturridge are a better partnership than Rooney and van Persie while McDermott thinks that Suarez is the best player in the Premier League at the moment. However, he doesn't think that Brendan Rodgers side are genuine title contenders.
Ransom asks whether David Moyes' side have now turned a corner while Bate thinks that there is reason for United fans to feel hopeful. McDermott is still unsure, but does praise Adnan Januzaj's recent form.
Sunderland's impressive win against Newcastle United opens up a debate about Gus Poyet's side and how they might get on for the remainder of the season. Do we think that they are doomed like Crystal Palace?
