Hogg will be hoping that he has impressed sufficiently to earn himself a move to the Manchester giants, where he will become part of one of the finest youth systems in the country.

It is believed that chief executive Peter Kenyon will announce the plans for the tour, which is expected to include games in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, at a press conference in Singapore on Thursday.
