The pair join the South Wales club, as Flynn looks to continue his side's fine start to the Division Three season.
Centre back Tate returns to The Swans after spending the latter half of last season with the club, where he played 27 matches for Flynn's side.
He is joined by young striker Nardiello (pictured), who comes to Swansea as cover for injured goalscorer Lee Trundle.
The youngster had been linked with a previous loan move to Second Division side Bournemouth last month, though The Cherries denied that such a move was being made.
Flynn is pleased to have added the pair to his squad and will hope the new faces continue Swansea's good form in the League.
"Nardiello is an out and out goalscorer, he's quick and direct," said Flynn.
"He's scored 12 goals for Manchester United reserves already this season.
"They'll gain experience playing in The Football League and so that's why I think the relationship is so strong.
"There is an option to extend the initial loan period with both players and I'd be delighted if we could do that because I'm certain both players will do well for us."
News of the new additions has been tempered by a hamstring injury problem for winger Bradley Maylett.
The former Burnley trainee has been ruled out for up to two months with the hamstring injury, which he suffered in Tuesday's 2-0 home defeat to Cambridge United.
