Striker Scott McGleish and midfielder Karl Duguid both suffered possible medial knee ligament damage in the 2-1 victory over Sammy McIlroy's Hatters, with Duguid having been stretchered off with his knee problem.
The news may force Parkinson to go back into the loan market to boost his squad, having opted not to extend the loan of Manchester United defender Paul Tierney for another month.
Duguid started the last three matches ahead of the 21-year-old Tierney and Parkinson decided to let the youngster return to Old Trafford, but with the former Colchester trainee down injured, The U's may be forced to bring in reinforcements.
