The Barcelona youngster is currently in France for the European Under-17 Championship - but moves off the field are being made by a number of clubs.
The player's representative Arturo Canales has told skysports.com that offers for his client have been made - but nothing has been agreed.
"We have not closed an agreement with any club, although there are some interesting offers," said Canales.
"Everything is in the hands of Barcelona - they must decide.
"There have been several clubs interested for a long time, we cannot deny anything - but this is serious and we are doing it in the correct way."
The grandson of former Barcelona vice-president Amador Bernabeu is one of the rising stars of Spanish football, but the young defender could be set to leave Camp Nou.
Arsenal were the first to show an interest February, with United and Chelsea joining soon after.
Chelsea appear to be offering he biggest financial package, but The Gunners have a trump card in that Pique is very good friends with Arsenal's midfield starlet Cesc - who moved to Highbury last summer.
Cesc (pictured), who was also with Barcelona, moved to Arsenal and has already made his first team debut and he is believed to have told Pique to join him in North London.
All the English clubs were believed to have been present at the Stade Georges Boulogne on Tuesday to watch Pique in Spain's 1-0 win over Turkey.
Meanwhile, Barcelona have agreed terms with Arsenal for Dutch international Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The former Rangers star has spent the season on loan at Barca and has enjoyed a good season.
Barcelona have yet to agree personal terms, but that would appear a mere formality and they should confirm a deal within the next month.
