Bryan Robson has not given up hope of luring Kieran Richardson back to West Brom.
West Bromwich Albion manager Bryan Robson has still not given up hope of luring Kieran Richardson back to The Hawthorns this season but admits that any deal may have to wait until January.
The Manchester United midfielder spent last season on loan with The Baggies and played an integral role in Albion's successful battle against relegation.
However, the 20-year-old England international decided against a second spell with the Black Country outfit, opting instead to try and play his way into Sir Alex Ferguson's side at United.
Robson will continue to keep a close on the young Londoner and may make a move if Richardson fails to make the breakthrough at Old Trafford.
The United and Albion legend confirmed: "I don't think there will be any change in the situation before the end of August, especially after what Sir Alex said about him.
"But if he's not getting a game then it's possible that we may look at it again in January."
