Manchester United assistant manager Carlos Queiroz is not concerned whether Simao Sabrosa plays in the crunch UEFA Champions League tie for Benfica next month.
The Benfica captain is sidelined through injury and remains a major doubt for the December 7 clash.
However, Queiroz has told Portuguese radio station Antena 1 that the home side will be strong, even without their inspirational midfielder, who is expected to join Liverpool in 2006.
"It's always good that the great players play and that they are not injured," he stated.
"In the game against Benfica in Manchester, we could not count on ten first team players and this is always hard work.
"Benfica do not begin and end with Simao. Whether he recovers or not, I believe that it is going to be a great game.
"Both teams know they have to win and we will not face an ultra-defensive Benfica as we did with Lille.
"We go there to look for goals from the first minute to the last."
