Striker in dark over permanent move to Hull

Fraizer Campbell has admitted he has no idea where he will be next season after his loan spell at Hull came to an end. The Manchester United striker has been with the Tigers since last October and his stunning performances helped Phil Brown's side win promotion to the Premier League. He has been linked with a permanent move to the KC Stadium, although Brown expects plenty of competition for his signature and United might also want him to return to Old Trafford. Hull are waiting for Sir Alex Ferguson to make a decision but Campbell has been given no indication of where his future might lie. "It is the million dollar question and not even I know the answer. We'll just have to see what happens next season," Campbell told Sky Sports News. Asked if he would be playing in the Premier League next term, Campbell added: "Definitely, that is what I'll be aiming to do." Speaking at Hull's victory parade, Campbell admitted that he had benefited hugely from his time in the Championship.

Fairytale

He explained: "It's like a fairytale really. You come away on loan and you never really know what to expect but we've done really well, both as a team and on a personal level. "This club has been a sleeping giant for all its lifetime and the fans deserve it. They've been loyal to the club throughout its history. "It's the first time we have gone up there (to the top flight) and hopefully we can stay up there. "This is exactly why I came out on loan. Coming to Hull has been the best move of my career and hopefully I can use this experience to make myself a better player and keep going up and up the scale."
