Barca coach impressed by Ferguson's Little Pea

Pep Guardiola knows Barcelona could be caused problems by Manchester United's rising star Javier Hernandez on Saturday night. Hernandez has been a revelation at Old Trafford since joining from Chivas for £7million last summer, scoring 19 goals in all competitions for Sir Alex Ferguson's men to help them to the Premier League title and the UEFA Champions League final. Barca will meet United in that decider at Wembley, and coach Guardiola is aware of the threat posed by the young Mexican. The Spaniard said: "He's a huge surprise, he's amazing. "He's amazing when arriving in the area. He has incredible movement without the ball. Manchester United have bought an enormous young talent. "I am convinced that he will be an important player for the next few years at United." Barca defender and captain Carles Puyol says he is looking forward to testing himself against the pint-sized striker, adding: "He's an important player. "He's always on the verge of being offside and he's also a scorer, so he's definitely a player to take seriously."

Determined

Hernandez is determined to crown a dream debut season at United by complimenting their league success with the European trophy. He said in the Daily Star: "I wanted to make the people here, the board, who spent all this money on me, sure that it was a good thing. "Now I want to help my team to get another trophy. "We have the 19th title but hopefully, come Saturday, the Champions League as well. "We want to play like we have done for the whole season."
