Chelsea and England striker Eniola Aluko has been contacted by Paris Saint-Germain to discuss a proposed move to the French club, according to Sky sources.

Aluko, who has more than 100 international caps, was involved in a dispute with the Football Association that resulted in a Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) select committee hearing in October following her complaint against former England women's head coach Mark Sampson.

The FA "sincerely apologised" to Aluko after evidence found she had been subjected to "discriminatory remarks on the grounds of race".

Aluko has not featured for England since April 2016 and was not included in interim head coach Mo Marley's 30-player squad for a 10-day training camp in Spain, announced on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old's contract at Chelsea expires in the summer so she is free to speak to other clubs.

Aluko has scored five goals in 10 appearances in the Women's Super League this season, but has struggled to secure a regular starting place in the side.
