Gianluca VialliÇÖs side suffered an unexpected 1-0 defeat at the Stade Velodrome last week, thanks to a single goal from Arsenal target Robert Pires, but The Blues know what is needed and where they went wrong last time.
"Last week we knew what we had to do," said Vialli. "But, unfortunately, we didn`t show enough aggression and determination to take advantage of Marseille`s poor game."
Dutch champions Feyenoord are the current surprise leaders of Group D, although that is not how the group is expected to finish, it is quite possible that the two clubs in the bottom two places, Lazio and Marseille, could swap with Chelsea and Feyenoord.
The Blues, though, are in buoyant mood following their win against Newcastle at the weekend, "It was important to bounce back after Marseille and we did that," said Vialli.
Marcel Desailly and Jon Harley both missed the game at the weekend through injury, but they are expected to come back into the line-up for the game, although Roberto di Matteo is struggling with an ankle injury.
Former Sheffield Wednesday full back Patrick Blondeau has been ruled out of the game, along with William Gallas and keeper Stephane Porato.
