The 24-year-old has been in and out of the team under Claudio Ranieri this season, and is frustrated at his first-team opportunities at Stamford Bridge.
Morris has impressed and performed consistently while in the starting line-up, but has then been omitted and placed on the bench.
"When you are playing well and you're getting dropped for no reason, obviously it is going to upset you or make you annoyed," said Morris.
"It has been like that for seven years now - but it doesn't make it any easier to take.
"I'm a London boy but I am also a great lover of football - although Real Madrid and Barcelona are not quite looking at me at the moment!"
Meanwhile, The Blues are continuing their search for future talent after inviting youngster Ismail Yakubu to take part in a friendly.
The 17-year-old, who has also interested West Ham and Manchester City, will participate in a testimonial match for ex-Blues ace Roger Freestone in Swansea.
