Kenyon has just taken over his role at Stamford Bridge after quitting United and he is a big fan of the England captain from his time working with him at Old Trafford.
With Chelsea bankrolled by Roman Abramovich's millions rumours have suggested they could be interested in Beckham and, although Kenyon would welcome a move for Beckham, he believes any deal for the Real Madrid ace is unlikely.
"Any club would like to see David Beckham wearing their shirt. He's that type of player," said Kenyon.
"But I don't think he has any aspirations or plans to come back here at the moment.
"David's move from Manchester United was a serious one for him and has worked out very well. He and his advisers don't do anything on the hoof.
"Whatever he does is always well thought through and I genuinely think his move to Real Madrid was based on making a career out there and not on doing it for just a year or two."
Meanwhile, Chelsea target Bayer Leverkusen defender Lucio has confirmed he has received an offer from The Blues to move to Stamford Bridge next season.
A number of top clubs have been linked with the classy Brazilian defender, but Lucio insists Chelsea are the only side to make a concrete offer for his services.
"The offer that I have received from Chelsea is the only official one," Lucio told TV O'Globo.
"If I reach an agreement for being transferred to that team in the next season it wouldn't be a problem for me because London is as cold as Germany so I wouldn't have any problem in getting adapted."
Lucio revealed that his agent has spoken to Chelsea officials on a number of occasions about a move at the end of the season.
"I have received some phone calls and my agent spoke twice with people from Chelsea. I think that they have also done it with the officials of my actual club."
