The Rossoneri will not be able to call upon a number of top stars because of their international commitments at Euro 2004.
Milan have drafted in a number of players on short-term loans to bolster their squad for the trip to the Far East.
Bologna duo Giusppe Signori and Sam Dalla Bona will make the trip with Milan along with Sampdoria quartet Aimo Diana, Massimo Donati, Luca Antonini and Moris Carrozzieri as well as Brescia's Dario Dainelli and Lecce starlet Cristian Ledesma
The new-look squad will travel to China on May 27 and play two games on May 30 and June 2.
Meanwhile, Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out a move a for Chelsea's Hernan Crespo and pledged to keep Manuel Rui Costa at the club.
Ancelotti had confirmed his interest in Crespo, but he feels does not need to sign the Argentine as he has enough striking cover at the club.
Rui Costa's future has been the subject of intense speculation for some time after finding his path to the first-team blocked by Brazilian Kaka.
Benfica are believed to be keen to bring him back to Portugal, but Ancelotti insists he is staying at Milan.
"I like Crespo this is known, but with forwards we are good as we are now," said Ancelotti.
"Rui Costa? He will stay, 100 percent."
