Jose Antonio Reyes believes the Chelsea dressing room could be divided.Jose Antonio Reyes believes that the public spat between Jose Mourinho and Ricardo Carvalho will give Arsenal an edge in their showdown with Chelsea on Sunday.
Mourinho issued a public rebuking to Carvalho after the defender expressed his frustration at being overlooked for Chelsea's opening games of the new season.
It was The Blues who emerged triumphant when the two London giants clashed in the Community Shield earlier in the month, but Spanish star Reyes believes The Gunners are in great shape to exact swift revenge.
"Every Arsenal player is talking about the great opportunity we have to end Chelsea's 18-month unbeaten run at Stamford Bridge on Sunday," he told The Sun.
"We have a lot of belief and I'm confident this is a perfect moment for us to beat them.
"It's interesting to see a player like Carvalho criticising the manager. Clearly everything is not happy inside the Chelsea dressing room, which is a good sign for everybody else."
Indeed, Reyes believes Arsenal will not only win Sunday's showdown at Stamford Bridge, but will also reclaim the Premiership title from their London rivals.
"The rivalry between Arsenal and Chelsea is getting bigger and bigger," he continued.
"Chelsea were excellent last season, but I still think the Arsenal team which won the title the season before was better.
"We were more offensive and played much more spectacular football.
"This year we have the most compact team and, in my opinion, the best one."
