Our friends at Football Whispers round up the latest transfer news from the European papers as Paris Saint-Germain set their sights on Philippe Coutinho and Hector Bellerin speaks to Arsenal about a move to Barcelona.

FRANCE

As Paris Saint-Germain continue their pursuit of Kylian Mbappe this summer, they have decided their Plan B and will move for Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho if they can't land the Monaco striker. They know that it may cost upwards of £90m, but that doesn't faze the Parisian club. (L'Equipe)

Lyon look to have won the battle to sign Crystal Palace transfer target, Kenny Tete from Ajax. The defender is set to have a medical at the French club and will complete a deal worth around €3m. (L'Equipe)

Marseille have offered Crystal Palace €1.5m for wantaway goalkeeper, Steve Mandanda. They are hoping to bring the Frenchman back to the club in which he spent nine years, but the London club are holding out for around €8m. (L'Equipe)

SPAIN

The agreement from Manchester United to agree a fee with Everton to sign Romelu Lukaku has cast a doubt over the future of Alvaro Morata. Chelsea are still linked, but the Spanish striker is apparently studying offers from other European teams. (AS)

Although they have had an initial €20m bid rejected by Guangzhou Evergrande, Barcelona have not given up on signing former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Paulinho. The Brazilian is said to have agreed to cut his wages in half to sign for the Spanish giants. (Mundo Deportivo)

Hector Bellerin has reportedly met with Arsene Wenger twice in order to try and convince the French boss to allow him to join Barcelona this summer. The Spanish club will not wait forever to seal the deal, but the player is doing everything he can to force the move. Wenger and Arsenal are standing firm. (Mundo Deportivo)

Barcelona have also made a list of alternative right-backs they would target if a move for Bellerin fails to materialise. Juventus are hoping to meet with PSG midfielder, and former Manchester United transfer target, Blaise Matuidi. The 30-year-old Frenchman was close to a move last summer and it is reported he is keen on finally leaving Paris. (Corriere dello Sport)

Rumoured Liverpool target, Douglas Costa, has reportedly agreed a deal to move to Juventus this summer. The Serie A champions have apparently agreed with Bayern Munich to sign the 26-year-old winger. (Tuttosport).

GERMANY

Bayern Munich have reportedly turned their attention to Liverpool transfer target, and Germany Under-21 international, Jeremy Toljan. The Hoffenheim full-back was linked with a move to Anfield, but now the Bundesliga champions could pounce. (Bild)
