The seven clubs have been credited with an interest in the Peruvian international in the press in his homeland, although only Bayern and Real are believed to have officially confirmed an intention to buy the forward.
Werder manager Klaus Allofs insisted: "Claudio is our player and we want him to see out his contract."
Talks between the various parties, including agent Carlos Delgado and the player's father, have not led to a new deal being agreed, and the intense interest in the 22-year-old's services means that his stock is at an all-time high.
One factor counting against the former Deportivo Pesquero and Alianza Lima star is that he misses several matches in the domestic calendar due to his international commitments with Peru.
The "Bomber from the Andes" is clearly a man in demand, although whether Liverpool boss Gerard Houllier, with the attacking armoury at his disposal, would follow up any initial interest is debatable.
Yet Bayern and Real have thrown their hat into the ring, with confirmation from the two European superpowers that they are aware of Pizarro's goalscoring capabilities.
"He is what we want," declared Bayern's Uli Hoeness. "Everything depends on how much they want for him and how much we are ready to pay."
Real's Jorge Valdano stated: "There is a Peruvian in Germany, by the last name of Pizarro, who interests us."
A clause in the hit-man's contract could facilitate any move outside of the Bundesliga, and Tottenham were also recently credited with an interest in him.
