The Danish international was distraught at receiving a red card in new boss David Moyes's first game in charge.
As a result, talks are planned between the midfielder and his manager with his future very much on the agenda.
"I haven't talked with David Moyes yet," affirmed Gravesen. "But he has said that he wants to talk to me.
"I don't know when it will be or if it will be about the red card or just the general stuff with a new boss.
"But I don't think I will hear more about that sending off."
As for the clash with Boa Morte, which led to his second yellow card, the Scandinavian was less than pleased with the Portuguese international's reaction to the challenge.
"Boa Morte dived, I didn't touch him," he protested. "It was exactly the same with the yellow card in the derby versus Liverpool, where Danny Murphy admitted that I hadn't touched him.
"Then I got the yellow card, which resulted in a suspension, since it was my fifth of the season.
"It's truly sad and unfortunate but there is nothing I can do about it," he told BT.
"Football is like that and, if I can't take the downs, then I might as well stop playing."
