The 17-year-old along with Le Havre starlet Florent Sinama Pongolle will move to Anfield next summer after signing for The Reds last year.
The highly-rated midfielder is spending this season at Le Havre to gain much-needed first team football before moving to England and he hopes it will help his education at Liverpool.
"Being in L1 at just over 17 years old is quite amazing," Le Tallec told L'Equipe.
"But it is good for me because it gives me valuable experience even if I don't know if it will be sufficient (for Liverpool).
"But in my head I am thinking about Liverpool all the time. I hope everything will be okay.
"My dream is to go to England, they have a fantastic league with a brilliant atmosphere."
The exciting ace, who captained France to Under-17 World Championship success last year, is not afraid of the competition at Liverpool and is ready to fight for his place at Anfield.
"It is clear that when you see all these names it is a bit scary but my position on the pitch is not exactly the same as theirs which leaves me some hope," added Le Tallec.
"This summer Le Havre and Liverpool played a friendly and Houllier and I took advantage of that opportunity to discuss things a little bit.
"Since then we've been in touch regularly."
