The Galatasaray ace, who is preparing for his country's Euro 2004 clash with England, has revealed he would like to join a Premiership club in the summer.
Sas was strongly linked with a move away from Galatasaray in the summer after a sparkling World Cup with Turkey.
Italian giants Internazionale have held a long-term interest in the midfielder, while Liverpool have also been linked with him in the past.
Sas, who is out of contract in the summer, has set his sights on a move to England as he is a big fan of Premiership football.
"I really enjoyed the World Cup and want more experiences like that. I've done as well as I can in my country and want to test myself abroad," Sas told the London Evening Standard.
"Liverpool inquired about me last summer but the clubs couldn't agree.
"I want to play for any team in England. English football is very popular in Turkey because it is so powerful. I think I could do something there.
"I am a very technical player and confident. I watch a lot of English football and my favourite player is Ryan Giggs. I'd love to play against him."
Meanwhile, Sas is confident that Turkey can gain their first ever win over England at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday.
"It's going to be a difficult game against England but we're confident. We're always confident and knew we'd do well in the World Cup," added Sas.
"You can't go far if you're surprised by success.
"In the last 10 years Turkish football has really improved and we want that to continue.
"Our team is talented, experienced and skilful and will continue to improve. We have to qualify first, but if we get there we will do even better because we'll have more supporters over there.
"Lots of Turkish people live in western Europe and will be a real help to us."
