Gerard Houllier has discussed the possibility of lending Auxerre the talented duo in return for securing the services of powerful French international Cisse.
It is understood that the Merseysiders are clear favourites, ahead of Marseille, in the chase to sign the young striker, but Auxerre manager Guy Roux is determined to hang onto his star man for another campaign.
A meeting took place between Houllier and Roux last week, and Le Havre's relegation could play a key role in deciding the future of Cisse, Sinama-Pongolle and Le Tallec.
Following Le Havre's demotion, the young duo become Liverpool players, but Houllier is still reticent to plunge the pair into Premiership action, fearing they need to continue to develop their skills in their homeland.
A mega-bid of around é¼20 million, plus the right to acquire Sinama-Pongolle and Le Tallec on loan, must surely be tempting for Auxerre, despite their determination to have Cisse among their ranks next term.
Further talks are expected, but such a deal could benefit all parties.
