The England duo are both set to open negotiations with the Merseysiders over new deals this summer, and Parry claims the club have no intention of letting them leave.
"Steven Gerrard and Michael Owen are two of our key players, we are determined to hang onto them," stated Parry.
"We are always very aware of when players' contracts run out, and equally we are aware that they are key players and we have no intention of losing either of them."
Liverpool are wary of players seeing out their contracts and leaving for free like the example of Steve McManaman, but Parry insists the club keeps tabs on players throughout their contracts and is confident that both Owen and Gerrard will opt to prolong their Reds careers.
"We don't just talk to players' agents every three years and then don't sit down and discuss things for another three years.
"We are in constant touch with playrs' advisors and their agents, discussions are ongoing. But equally this is not an issue at the moment.
"We have no intention of losing our key players and we will hang onto them."
Meanwhile, Liverpool boss Gerard Houllier has been linked with a move Udinese's Chilean international midfielder David Pizarro.
The South American has a long list of admirers following an excellent campaign in Serie A this term including Juventus, Parma and Barcelona.
However, it seems that Houllier has now joined the race for the 23-year-old's signature should Udinese chose to cash in on him.
