The French stopper has impressed at Ibrox during a loan spell from Liverpool, and, with his contract up in the summer, is targeting a permanent deal with the Glasgow side.
French outfit Marseille have also been sniffing around the 23-year-old, although he now appears to be ready to commit his future to Rangers after previously turning down an offer from Alex McLeish's side.
Rangers face Motherwell in the CIS final, and Vignal is relishing the chance to win medals in Scotland after being cast into the Anfield wilderness.
"I would love to remain with Rangers," Vignal told the club's official website.
"I'm enjoying my time here and we have reached a very exciting time in the season as we have two trophies to go for.
"My agent is coming over later this week and he will go to the CIS Cup final.
"Then on Monday we have a meeting with [Rangers chief executive] Martin Bain.
"I love being at Rangers and I hope we can get something sorted out because I want to remain here.
"It would be even better if I can go into that meeting having picked up a winner's medal in the CIS final."
