Barnsley have confirmed the loan signings of Coventry's Michael Mifsud, Fulham's Andranik Teymourian and Liverpool's Adam Hammill.
All three will spend the remainder of the season at Oakwell after completing their moves on what has been a busy last day of the transfer window for the Tykes.
Mifsud, who is out of contract in the summer, could look to make his move permanent but both Andranik and Hammill have both arrived in order to play regular first-team football.
Manager Simon Davey's men are currently struggling in the Championship having lost their last four league games and everyone at the club will be hoping the trio give provide a much needed boost.
Mifsud, who scored 23 goals in 95 games since joining the Sky Blues from FC Groningen in January 2007, confessed he turned down the chance to play in Spain in order to sign for the Tykes.
"I have spent two days at the club talking to Simon Davey and Don Rowing and looking at the facilities," he told the club's official website.
"I had the chance to join other Championship clubs and had strong La Liga interest, but the important thing is to get the chance to play in a direct attacking role."
Fulham man Andranik has seen a knee injury picked up in the summer disrupt his season and the former Bolton midfielder is just looking to play football.
"I was unfortunate to get an injury that kept me out of the Fulham side when a first-team place was on the cards," he said.
"Although I am now match fit, with Fulham going well in the Premier League, it is difficult to break back into the first team.
"I need games at this stage of the season and I had no hesitation in coming to Barnsley where I know I can do the midfield job that the club needs."
Liverpool 21-year-old Hammill has spent loan spells at Dunfermline, Southampton and more recently Blackpool, where he spent the first part of the season.
Now the winger is keen to make an impression with the Barnsley faithful after rejecting the chance to rejoin the Seasiders among others.
"I have had decent spells at Southampton and Blackpool and had the chance to return to Bloomfield Road where I enjoyed my spell," he explained.
"I also had the opportunity to join Sheffield United and Leeds but after discussing it with Liverpool and my agent, it was decided that I should join Simon Davey at Barnsley when the opportunity arose.
"I hope the fans at Oakwell will give an out and out Scouser top support because I am really up for helping Barnsley win some games. I'm used to fighting for a Red cause."
