Reina is spending the season at Napoli from Liverpool and the Serie A club's president Aurelio de Laurentiis confirmed earlier this week that he wants the Spain international to stay at the club next season.
The 31-year-old still has two years to run on his contract at Anfield, but Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers recently suggested he is not expecting Reina to be with the club next term.
Several clubs have been linked with a bid for the keeper and he is prepared to wait regarding a decision on where he will be playing after the summer.
"I liked a lot what the president said and I'm happy for his praise," Reina told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"Me and my family feel really good here in Naples. It feels like home.
"Unfortunately at the end of the season I'll have to go back to Liverpool, but as long as I am here I will give my best for this shirt, for the club and the fans.
"Then I will speak with Liverpool and we will try to find the best solution for everyone. Now, I only think about finishing as high as possible with Napoli."
Napoli are currently trying to catch second-placed Roma in Serie A, with Rafael Benitez's side nine points adrift in the fight for automatic qualification for next season's UEFA Champions League group phase.
However, whatever happens, Reina still believes it has been a positive campaign for Napoli, who are due to face Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia final at the start of May.
Reina added: "Up until now, the season has been really positive. We have done really well.
"We are in the Coppa Italia final, we were knocked out of the Champions League with 12 points, something that has never been seen before. The balance is positive until now.
"It's a little difficult thinking about second place, but we won't give up. There are still possibilities."
