As Arsene Wenger celebrates 20 years as Arsenal manager, we take a look back at his highs and lows while in charge of the north London club.
Wenger was officially unveiled as Bruce Rioch's successor on 22 September 1996 after being released early from his contract by J-League club Nagoya Grampus.
In the intervening period of time, Wenger has won three Premier League titles in 1998, 2002 and 2004, as well as six FA Cups and a host of other plaudits for some of the eye-catching football he has brought to the club.
However, it has not all been a plain sailing for Wenger during his tenure, with the Gunners going a massive nine years without getting their hands on a piece of silverware, before winning back-to-back FA Cups in 2014 and 2015.
