The 22-year-old Lithuanian international is finding his chances limited at Highbury, since his arrival in North London last year, and he will now spend the rest of the season with Dunfermline.
He will join fellow Lithuanian Andrius Skerla and that is probably one of the main reasons behind him moving to East End Park.
Arsene Wenger rates the youngster, having given him three Premiership appearences this season, but is seemingly willing to allow one of his bright prospects to gain regular first team football elsewhere.
Danilevicius is one of the first players to be investigated by the Football Association over fake passports, after it was alleged that he held fake Greek papers, but he has since been cleared.
