The 28-year-old Pole admitted in December that it was his dream to play at Camp Nou and now it seems he could get his wish.
Arsenal were known to be very interested, but it now seems that Barca president Joan Gaspart has made his move to beat the North London side to his signature.
"Yes I have an offer," admitted Dudek.
"But I will not speak with them until the end of the season.
"I intend to leave Feyenoord at the end of the season."
Barca representative Javier Urruti is known to have watched him after Feyenoord`s recent game with NEC Nijmegen and a favourable report is thought to have been lodged with the Catalan club`s hierarchy.
Barcelona are desperate for a new number one with Francesc Arnau and Richard Dutruel both failing to make the position their own this season.
Youngster Manuel Reina has been an adequate replacement in the latter half of this season, but had a disappointing game in the 3-1 defeat by Osasuna on Sunday, conceding one goal direct from a corner.
Despite this, and the imminent arrival of a new number one, he still has a bright future at Camp Nou, with club officials believing he is the future of the team.
Meanwhile, another Barca target - Cristian Chivu, has again stated his desire to move to Spain.
The Romanian international has just signed a new five-year contract with his current club, Ajax, but he states his dream is to play for the azulgrana.
"I am a 20-year-old and I am still learning at Ajax, but I don`t refuse that Barca is my dream," said Chivu.
"I already know they have come to see me play several times and they have even requested a price, I don`t know what happened there, but I have a clause in my contract of 4.500 million pesetas and so at least I know I can leave."
