The 24-year-old only moved to Verona in the summer when coach Luigi del Neri plucked him from the obscurity of Juventus' reserves.
Perrotta has revitalised himself under del Neri and now his form is attracting the attention of a host of clubs.
Leeds, Blackburn and Arsenal are all keeping tabs on the Ashon-born playmaker, but Lazio are also very much in the hunt.
Perrotta began his career with Reggina before a £3 million move to Juventus in 1998, but he was farmed out to Bari for two years after spending his first season on the bench at the Stadio Delle Alpi.
But Juve may now be regretting letting Perrotta leaving in the summer for a nominal fee, as he is now being classed in the £5 million bracket.
