The French international striker has been in awesome form for The Gunners this term, and is amongst the favourites to land the Fifa World Player of the Year award next month.
Dein backed Henry's claims for the gong, and insisted the former Monaco and Juventus star would be remaining at Highbury despite interest from the world's biggest clubs.
"Thierry is the best player to ever pull on an Arsenal shirt," he declared.
"If there is a better player in the world I would like to know who he is. Thierry is the complete player.
"Henry is a part of our future and I believe he genuinely loves Arsenal.
"He is contracted to us and believes that this club has a bright future.
"Many clubs like ours would like to have him, but I'm afraid he's ours."
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Gunners second-choice goalkeeper Stuart Taylor has a stress fracture of his shoulder and will be sidelined for at least two months.
The England Under-21 international has been suffering with the problem for the past six weeks, but the full extent of the damage has only just been revealed after a series of extensive scans.
It means that Arsene Wenger will only be left with Graham Stack as recognised cover to number one Jens Lehmann for the foreseeable future, and Taylor conceded the news had come as a huge blow.
"It is frustrating to be out for so long and not be able to do anything," he commented.
"At least I know exactly what the injury is now and what I need to do to recover."
It has been reported that former Highbury legend, and recently-installed Wycombe Wanderers boss, Tony Adams is keen to land Arsenal squad man Juan on loan.
The Brazilian spent time on loan at Millwall earlier in the season, and with his contract due to expire in the summer, Adams is keen to snare the midfielder with a view to a permanent deal at the end of the current campaign.
